About The Whitewebbs Museum of Transport
Whitewebbs Museum of Transport is a Museum and popular event location. Events include Bike Jumble, Antique and Collectors’ Fair, Rover Sports Register and Museum Open Day, Olde Tyme Ralle and Museum Open Day, Classic Bike Show and Bike Jumble, Classic Ford Day and Autojumble, Enfield Pageant of Motoring, Dinky Toy Exhibition and Museum Open Day, Enfield Steam & Country Show, Enfield Town Show, Model Railway Show, Lone Star Exhibition, Antique and Collectors’ Fair, Annual Collectors’ Toy Fair and the famous Whitewebbs Late Xmas Autojumble. The museum is owned and operated by the Enfield and District Veteran Vehicle Trust, a registered charity. Everybody involved is an enthusiast and volunteer, so if you would like to help, give them a call. The building is an 1898 pumping station that was purchased by the Trust in 1986 in a near derelict state. It originally housed two steam engines and boilers which pumped water from the well below the building into the New River. *Image is not necessarily one of the museum.
The museum is Open every Tuesday between 10am and 4.00 p.m. (last entry at 3.30 p.m.) and the last Sunday of each month (with exceptions). Telephone 020 8367 1898 for confirmation.
