The Association of Old Vehicle Clubs in N.I. was formed in 1973. The first event organised was the Belfast to Portrush Run which was an outstanding success with 70 pre-1939 vehicles taking part. Following on from this success was the Kirker Cavalcade in 1975 later renamed The Apple Blossom Run. In 1978 a third run was added known as The Mourne Run.

The Eglinton Classic Club was formed in 1995. The club originally consisted of a group of 12 people that met together at a pub called the Happy Landing in Eglinton. As this was the only Car Club in the Londonderry area it quickly grew and attracted new members. There is a very friendly relaxed atmosphere at the club and much fun is had by all at the various events.

The Blackstairs Vintage Club is based in Myshall Co Carlow,it has 30 dedicated members whose interests cover all aspects of the vintage movement. The club holds it annual rally on the 1st Sunday of July in Myshall Co Carlow,the weekend begins on the Saturday evening with music & steam engines on the street. The B.V.A.M.C. was formed back in 2005 and is based in the scenic region of The Boyne Valley of Co. Meath. At present we have around 77 members with over 100 cars, bikes, tractors, etc. The club holds a number of events throughout the year including our annual show on the bank holiday Monday in May. Meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month at 8.30p.m. in Broomfield Centre in Strinagh (from Slane head towards Collon, turn right at Geraghty concrete and centre is half a mile up the road on left). Breffni Vintage Club was founded in 1991 to cater for and assist the needs of those in the Cavan Leitrim area and surroundig counties in their endeavours to presevre and conserve Irelands Motoring Heritage, The Club has gone from strength to strength and has over 100 members. We organise a memorial run to commemorate deceased members and friends and last year this was supported by 167 vehicles and 300 people. The Inter-Club Round table Quiz, annual Autojumble and the clubs continuing support of local, national and international events are just some of our busy activities. Clonoulty Rossmore Vintage Club was formed in July 2001 by local vintage car and machinery enthusiasts.The first rally was also the IVETA National Rally and was organised at short notice due to other rallys being cancelled due to Foot and Mouth Disease. We have run a rally every year since, never cancelling due to weather. We donate 80% of the money raised to South Tipperary Hospice Movement. Over the years we have donated €206,500, the best year was 2007 with €40,000 and we still donated €25,000 in 2010 despite the economic downturn and the weather. Over the years we have also donated to International Red Cross appeals, Bòthar (including two heifers!) and a number of local charities. To date this has totalled €7325.

The Western Veteran & Vintage Motor Club was formed following the I.V.V.C.C Autumn Rally in 1977. This rally was held in Galway and a number of West Of Ireland enthusiasts got together with the idea of forming a local Vintage Car Club. The date was the 4th September 1977;well-known Dublin enthusiast Gay Brennan chaired the meeting. Malcolm Alexander was elected President: Tom Tuck, Chairman: Owen Quinn, Secretary and Emmett Boyle, Treasurer. Inistioge Vintage Rally is run on a voluntary basis, with proceeds passed on to charitable causes in the community. To-date, Inistioge Vintage Rally has contributed in excess of €90,000 to St. Vincent de Paul, Carlow-Kilkenny Home Care, Irish Wheelchair Association, Guide Dogs, and cancer-screening units, along with local clubs and good causes. In 1982 a group of enthusiasts met in Rathgorey Transport Museum, Dunleer, Co. Louth, and agreed to form the Rathgorey Old Vehicle Club. Initial membership was 28 and the following were elected officers: Chairman - Noel Clinton: Secretary - Sally Byrne: Treasurer - the late Peg Wall. The first outing was held in September 1982, and the first Mosney Vintage Weekend took place in 1983. The club held its first motoring extravaganza in 1985 to commemorate 100 years of the motor car. This has become a most successful annual event, now called the International Vintage and Classic Car Show.In 1987 the club became a limited company, and the name was changed to North East Vintage Car Club (NEVCC).

The Roberts Cove Vintage Festival was set up in 2008 to raise funds for the renovation of the Tracton Arts and Community Centre (Old Knocknamanagh Schoolhouse). The annual festival is now firmly established within the Vintage scene and our location right on the south of Ireland, on the edge of the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is unrivaled - with a 180 degree view of the Atlantic Ocean where you will be able to see from Roches Point to the Old Head of Kinsale and beyond.;To date the festival has raised over €70,000 and the beneficiaries have included KOST (Knocknamanagh Old School Tracton), Aid Cancer Treatment, St. Vincent de Paul and the Kinsale Community Hospital.

Founded in 1990, the Irish Model T Ford Club has as it's objects the preservation of Cars and Commercial vehicles manufactured by Ford in the time frame 1908 to 1927. Of particular interest is the restoration and improvement of Ford vehicles of that era. The Traction Engine Club of Ulster is the longest established vintage club in Ulster organising the first gathering of Traction Engines, Steamrollers and Steam Lorries at the Castle Grounds in Antrim in 1968.On Friday 15th & Saturday 16th July 2011 we will be holding our 44th Annual Rally at Ballymena Showgrounds. TCOC was founded in 1986 to cater for the Triumph Herald owners, but now 25 years on it caters for all Triumph ‘marque’ Cars. Membership numbers about 90 and the portfolio of cars include the following models: Herald, Vitesse, Toledo, Dolomite, Spitfire, 2000, 2500PI, GT6, Stag, TR2, TR3A, TR4, TR250, TR6, TR7, TR7V8. Set up in 2001, VAGE was set up to serve the VAG community of Ireland. VAGE was set up as a club for a number of reasons - . *To build on the social side of the VAG scene, *To organise regular meets and spins throughout the country, *To provide support and advice for our members on car upkeep and restoration/repair, *To organise trips to shows as a club, both in Ireland and abroad. *To negotiate deals and discounts for our members with companies who cater for VAG group vehicles, We run an annual 'Show and Shine' in August in Fermoy, commonly known as the 'Fermoy' show attracting nearly 300 cars of the VAG varity with a few Porsches thrown in for good measure.

The West Limerick Vintage Club caters for all vintage enthusasts whether involved in motoring, tractors, trucks, bikes or stationary engines. The club hosts a number of road runs each year as well as a vintage and Family Fun day. The club has been in exsistance since 2008 and alway welcome new members or enquires.

A club for enthusiasts of all types of classic and vintage transport and machinery. We are based in West Wicklow with members from Wicklow, Carlow, Kildare and South Dublin. We meet regularly in Baltinglass and have frequent road runs including evening runs during the summer season. We run Charity events like the Baltinglass Classic Car and Motorcycle run in August and the Hollywood Hills Tractor & Classic run in mid May. We also participate in parades and events run by other groups and charities. New members are always welcome.

The Western Vintage Tractor and Engine Club was formed in April 1990. Its main purpose was to collect, restore and preserve old tractors, stationary engines, agricultural implements for tractors, horse drawn equipment, tools from the past both farm and domestic. The club set about finding a suitable field to hold a vintage rally. Malachy and Helen Forde from the Country Club public house at Hollybrook, Hollymount were delighted to accommodate the club. The club and the Hollymount Vintage rally has grown considerably over the years and this year 2011 we will be hosting the 20th annual vintage rally at the same site. There are several other club events each year one of them being Roundfort Autojumble and Auction which is held on the last Sunday of February each year.
